Friday
Make your own way to Bamfield:
Allow 3 hours drive from Nanaimo and 4 hours from Victoria. Suggest 0600 ferry from Horseshoe Bay
12:00 pm Arrive outskirts of Bamfield – Pachena Beach, Huu-ay-aht (HFN) Territory, Meeting location TBA to pick up registration package
12:30-1:15 pm Walk Pachena beach, see the trail head of the West Coast Trail, Pachena campground; eat lunch (weather and time permitting)
2:00 pm East Dock; boat across the inlet to McKay Bay Lodge, find assigned rooms then convene in the main lodge. Register if not already completed
Anyone not on the dock on time will have to pay for their own water taxi across the inlet.
4:00-4:30 pm Welcome from co-coordinator
4:30-5:30 pm Meet and greet wine and cheese reception. sign up for Sat pm activities
5:00-6:00pm A little taste of mass choir before dinner
6-7pm Dinner
7:30-9:00pm Class #1 TBA
Classes will be assigned in: 1. Main lodge 2. Forest view Cabin 3. Creekside Cabin
9:00: Long Day - Bedtime, chill, hot tub
Saturday
8:00-9:00 am Breakfast in Main Lodge
9:00 – 9:30 am Physical and vocal technique/warm-up – Workshop or outside
9:30-10:15 am Mass choir – Main Lodge
10:30 am -12:00 pm Class #1 TBA continuation from Friday
12:00- 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00pm – 4:00pm free time to enjoy Bamfield
4:30pm – 6:00pm Class #2 TBA
6:00pm – 7:00pm Dinner
7:30pm – 9:30pm Master Class (open to participants to watch if they are not in the master class or they can have a free evening)

7:00-9:00pm Student (and Faculty) performance, including Mass Choir

800-0900 Breakfast - pack and brings bags down from rooms before class
0900-1030 Class #2
1045-1200 Class share
1200-1300 (Lunch - may be a bagged lunch for the ride home)
1230-1300 Boat across inlet – take luggage
Ferry schedule Nanaimo - will NOT make the 4pm sailing; there was a 5:15 sailing but as of this edition the ferry departure is 6:20pm
